Biizline is a mobile app that helps small Indian businesses manage their orders. Wholesalers, manufacturers, distributors and dealers who run their orders on WhatsApp, phone calls and notebooks use Biizline to keep orders, customers, stock and prices in one place, saving an hour or two every day. Its customers work in trades like plastics, packaged goods, electrical, hardware and auto parts.
As a young app, Biizline had the classic startup problem on Google. Almost all visitors already knew the app and searched for it by name. Only 53 searches showed Biizline on page 1, and the site barely appeared for searches like “B2B order management software”.
And its buyers do not search like software buyers. A trader in plastics or hardware does not type “order management software”. They search about their industry, their daily problems, and government processes like Udyam registration. The task: build Biizline’s Google presence from almost nothing, starting with the searches its real buyers actually make.

The key startup milestone: 21 pages earned their very first clicks this period. Page 1 rankings grew 4.5 times, from 53 to 241 searches. Top 3 appearances grew from 27 to 120.
The guide on Udyam registration became the breakout page. It grew from 1 click to 29, was shown 7 times more often, from 740 to 5,187, and climbed from spot 16.3 to 8.8. It puts Biizline in front of exactly the small business owners who become its users.
Biizline now appears for buying searches it was absent from six months ago. Appearances for “B2B order management software” almost tripled, from 168 to 449. The site also shows up for long, very specific searches like “B2B order management software with backorder tracking and automatic follow up shipments”, at spot 7.8. These long question style searches are the fingerprint of people using AI tools to search, and showing up for them this early positions Biizline well for where search is heading.
In India, the entire target market, clicks grew 15% from 1,840 to 2,119, appearances grew 70%, and the average spot improved from 6.0 to 4.6. Searches for the Biizline name also grew 9%, a healthy sign that overall awareness of the app is rising.
Out of every 100 people who saw Biizline in Google results, about 20 used to click. Now about 9 do. That sounds bad, but it is expected, and it is actually good news. Six months ago, almost everyone who saw Biizline was searching for it by name, and of course they clicked. Today the site is seen by 4 times more strangers, often at spots 7 to 15 where few people click yet. More strangers seeing the brand is exactly what a young company wants. The click rate will recover as those new rankings climb toward the top 3.
